On April 26, we celebrated Earth Day the Babymint way - with coffee, community, and conscious shopping.
‍
Hosted in partnership with Sundays Studio in the East Village, our first-ever Earth Month Secondhand Shopping Event brought together New York parents for a joyful, kid-friendly morning of sustainable discovery.
‍
We transformed the space into a curated pop-up of high-quality, gently used baby and kids’ essentials - from adorable onesies and stylish toddler wear to books, toys, and gear that still have so much love to give.

And it wasn’t just about the shopping. Guests enjoyed fresh coffee, breakfast treats, and heartfelt conversations with other like-minded parents who care deeply about the world their children will grow up in. The room was filled with laughter, stroller parking, eco-friendly swaps, and plenty of “Wait, this is secondhand?!” moments.
‍
As a founder, seeing parents come together - some for the first time since becoming moms and dads - to celebrate sustainability and rethink how we shop for our little ones was incredibly meaningful.

At Babymint, we believe secondhand isn’t second best - it’s a powerful way to parent with purpose. Our marketplace exists to make resale easier, safer, and more community-driven for families. This Earth Day event was just the beginning. We’re excited to continue hosting in-person pop-ups, building local connections, and helping more families experience the joy of preloved treasures. To everyone who joined us: thank you for supporting this mission. You didn’t just shop - you showed your little ones what it means to care for the planet, one small choice at a time.
‍
Stay tuned for more Babymint events coming soon. Until then, keep swapping, selling, donating, and saving the Earth - baby steps count too. đź’«
