When you purchase an item on Babymint, we keep your payment safe until you’ve received your order.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of confirmed delivery and before the buyer has rated the seller. All sales are final after the buyer rates the seller or 3 days after delivery.
An item is eligible for a return or refund if it meets one of the following conditions:
- Item is not as described.
- There is undisclosed damage to the item.
- Seller has not shipped the item.
- Incorrect / missing item.
An item is not eligible for a return or refund for one of the following conditions:
- Item was accurately described in the listing.
- Item does not fit or odor.
- Changed mind.
- Return request made more than 3 days after received.
- Return request made after item rated.
- Transaction conducted offline.
To file a return:
- Go to My Purchases
- Select the relevant order
- Select Problems/Order Inquiry
- Select Order Not as Described and select a return reason
- Add images that clearly depict the return reason and include a description for the return
- Select Submit
If we find that the order was misrepresented, we will send a prepaid return label to return the item back to the seller and process your refund. If a return request is not submitted within the 3-day window from delivery, we’ll assume everything is ok and release your payment to the seller. Once we release payment, all sales are final, and no refunds will be available.
When your item sells, we send you a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label to put on your package. As long as you use the Babymint-provided label and the package is scanned into the carrier tracking system, you will be fully covered by Babymint should the package get lost in transit. Any orders over $400 will require a signature upon delivery to provide additional protection. When the package is first scanned into the mail stream, we send both you and the buyer an email with the tracking information. When the carrier tells us the item has been delivered, we notify the buyer and ask them to review and accept their order. Once your order has been delivered and accepted by your buyer, we will release your funds and you can redeem your earnings from Babymint via direct deposit.
If a buyer reports a problem with their order, we will ask them to upload details and photos to review their return request. The Babymint team then carefully reviews the case and offers a resolution.
To list on Babymint:
1) Select List an Item on Babymint at the top right corner of the screen, and then click Add new product
2) Drag your photo into the box on the screen or select Upload Product Image. You can add multiple images at a time.

Our fees are very simple and straightforward. Babymint’s commission (the selling fee) is 10% of your listing price, and your earnings equal the listing price minus the selling fee and shipping.
Once your sale has been delivered and received by your buyer, the earnings from your sale are yours.
Babymint accepts all major credit and debit cards including:
a. American Express
b. Discover
c. MasterCard
d. Visa
You will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code to process your card payment.
State and local sales tax, when applicable, will be charged on items purchased on Babymint that are shipped to a U.S. address. The amount of sales tax charged on an order is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to:
a. Type of item purchased
b. Buyer’s delivery address
c. Seller’s return address
d. Shipping costs
Babymint will automatically calculate, collect, and remit any applicable sales taxes to the state taxing authorities on behalf of our sellers.
There is no action required on the part of our sellers to remit the sales tax. Any applicable sales tax will be added to the buyer’s order as a separate charge in addition to the item price and shipping charges (unless you choose to pay for shipping).There are no additional charges or fees associated with the collection and remittance of sales tax by Babymint.Sellers cannot opt-out of Babymint’s sales tax collection when it is required by state, county, city, or other local law.
Once you have saved up a balance from previous sales, you can request a cash out.Direct deposit transfer requests deposit your Babymint balance into your bank account. These requests are usually processed on the following business day.Once a transfer request is processed, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank statement.
Keep in mind that each Babymint account can only use one bank account. If you’ve got a joint bank account, only one of the account owners can use it on Babymint. We do this to prevent fraudulent activity.How to request a direct deposit:
a. Tap Seller Dashboard > Withdraw > Request Withdraw
b. Enter your name as it appears on the account, including the routing and checking account numbers.
c. Confirm the amount you want to transfer then tap “Confirm”.
When the direct deposit is processed, we’ll send you an email confirmation.Please note that direct deposits can only be made to checking accounts.
